Check in and out times
- Check in time for sites and accommodation is from 1pm.
- Check out time is strictly 10am.
- Unless previously arranged with reception, late departure fees may be incurred for occupancy exceeding these times.
Payment
- For off-peak periods a deposit equal to one night’s tariff is required at the time of booking to confirm the booking.
- For peak periods (Christmas school holidays, Easter school holidays and the Wildflower Show) payment in full is required 90 days prior to the arrival date. If booking is not paid in full by this time it will be cancelled and refund provided.
- Whilst we endeavour to meet our guest’s requests, site/cabin preference is not guaranteed.
- You must be over 18 years of age to stay with us, if you are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Minimum Stays
- Off peak season – minimum 1-night stay on all sites and accommodation.
- Peak season
Christmas school holidays: 7 night minimum
Easter school holidays: 3 night minimum
Wildflower Show: 3 night minimum
Cancellations / Refunds
- All bookings for peak periods (Christmas school holidays, East school holidays and the Wildflower Show) cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable and can not be amended.
- All other bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable and can not be amended.
- All other cancellations and booking amendments will incur a $25 administration fee.
- Should you wish to vacate your site early for any reason no refund will be given. Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short for any reason.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
Pets
For health and safety reasons Pets are strictly prohibited from ALL accommodation types, accommodation areas and Park buildings. This includes the BBQ area, amenities area, or around any accommodation areas. Additional cleaning charges at the rate of $50 per hour will be charged for any cleaning costs associated with this. By entering our Park, the pet owner agrees that the Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guest whose pet is found to be in any accommodation, accommodation areas or Park buildings (with the exception of medically certified guide dogs).
